| Greg A. Dixon - Senior Pastor |
|
Greg A. Dixon is a Graduate of Theology from Baptist Bible College of Springfield, MO. He was ordained to the ministry in 1978.
Greg has served as Senior Pastor of the Indianapolis Baptist Temple since 1996. Previously Greg worked in numerous capacities including; Administrator of all Ministries, Christian School Administrator, Principal, Business Manager, Co-Pastor, and Youth Pastor. Additionally, He was Pastor of Baptist Temple West and Assistant Chaplain of the Marion County Jail.
Pastor Dixon is a gifted Bible Teacher, Administrator and Motivator. He is the author of several books and is available to speak in churches and other community events.

| Ellery Hunsley - Membership Pastor |
|
Ellery Hunsley became a Hoosier at birth. He was born again at the age of seven, having been raised in a Christian family. Leaving his family and Twin Cities Baptist Church of Mishawaka, IN, Ellery went to Baptist Bible College in Springfield, MO, receiving a Bachelor of Theology degree in 1977. There he also met and married Regina Turner, a native of Springfield, MO. Ellery and "Jeannie" remained in Missouri working at the Beth Haven Baptist church for 8 years.
In 1985 Ellery received an invitation from Greg Dixon to join the staff at IBT, and has been here ever since. He is the Membership Pastor and his duties include; Visitation, Director of Senior Saints, Director of Children's Camp, Teacher of the Adult 36-49 year-old Adult Life Dynamics Class, Teacher of Membership Class 101, church maintenance, and pre-marital and family counseling.
The Hunsleys have six children, all of whom are actively involved at IBT. Three of Ellery's children are married. Ellery and Jeannie also have 2 grandchildren.

| Greg Dzula - Missions Pastor |

Pastor Greg Dzula is currently the Missions Pastor at the Indianapolis Baptist Temple. He has recently come on staff after being the pastor of Crown of Life Baptist Church for eight years in the heart of Indianapolis. Crown of Life Baptist Church was the first church plant in a series of new church plants under the ambitious goals of “Operation Saturation”. The church started with eleven people and grew to 80 – 100 people every Sunday. They also had a very vivacious inner-city children and youth ministry. The church merged with IBT in January 2010.
Pastor Greg Dzula has been connected with IBT for seventeen years through various ministries and responsibilities. He was a junior high school teacher for eight years in the Indianapolis Baptist Schools and was also an associate pastor and section leader for seven years of those eight years. He was ordained by the Indianapolis Baptist Temple in October 2001.
Pastor Dzula was saved in October 1990 and baptized in August 1992. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering form New Jersey Institute of Technology in 1984 and attended Baptist Temple College from 1992-1993.
Pastor Dzula’s new responsibilities will include elevating the activity of the van and bus ministries at IBT and also invigorating the evangelistic campaign in the Southport and Franklin Township areas of the city. These efforts are designed to broaden our gospel message and expand the church’s impact to reach lost souls.

| Scott Hunsley - Youth Pastor |
|
Scott is a graduate of Baptist Bible College, Springfield, MO, with a BA in Missions. Scott is responsible for the Junior High School Ministry, (Ignite) the Senior High School Ministry, (The Breach), and the Sports and Recreation programs at IBT.
God has called Scott and his wife Shannon to reach the young people of the city of Indianapolis; especially those who live in the inner-city.

| Matt Roller - Couples Pastor |
|
Matt grew up at IBT and has served as College Age Leader, Youth Counselor, Youth Pastor and most recently, Couples Pastor. Matt is in the process of completing his BA in Biblical Studies from Freedom Seminary in Okeechobee Florida.
Additionally, Matt is the Associate Director of the Hebron Center, part of the Wheeler Mission ministry. The Hebron Center helps men 18 and older become addicted to Christ while helping them break free from their bondage of sin. Matt is a CADAC 1 State Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor. Matt is also in the process of becoming a NANC Certified Biblical Counselor.
Matt is married to Bekah and they have three children, Brett, Brandon and Haley. Matt's family is his passion.

| Chad Biddinger - Singles Pastor |
|
Chad was raised in a Christian home and saved at the age of 5. At the age of 18, Chad was called to preach and attended Bible College at Heritage Baptist University.
Chad has been the Young Singles Pastor (ages 18-30) at IBT since 2002. He also leads an all Men's Bible Study and Workout Ministry. Additionally, Chad teaches the Singles Life Dynamics class on Sunday evenings. Chad's desire is to lead by example while teaching others to love God with all their heart, soul, mind and strength.
Chad was trained by two World Champion Power Lifters; Rocky Tilson and Ron Palmer. He has been personally training individuals in the areas of physical strength and conditioning for the past 10 years.
Chad married Anna Bennett in 1998. They have 4 children; Bethany, Ethan, Becca, and Caleb.

| Dr. Greg J. Dixon - Pastor Emeritus |
|
For 41 years Dr. Dixon was pastor of the Indianapolis Baptist Temple.
A graduate of Baptist Bible College, Springfield, MO in 1953, Dr. Dixon served as 2nd V.P. of the Baptist Bible Fellowship International and was the National Secretary of the Moral Majority founded by Dr. Jerry Falwell. He was also one of the first preachers in the nation to conduct a T.V. program and later expanded it to all fifty states and world wide cable networks. Dr. Dixon is the Editor of The Trumpet Newsletter, the voice of The Unregistered Baptist Fellowship, which he founded along with other like minded pastors. He has also served as National Director of the Biblical Law Center which aides churches in claiming their 1st Amendment rights since 2004. He has been a guest on numerous nation wide TV and radio shows including the Today Show, The Jerry Springer Show and The Sally Jessie Rafael Show. He has been a guest columnist for U.S.A Today on several occasions.
Dr. Dixon has received five honorary doctorates including his alma mater and Bob Jones University of Greenville, S.C. He resigned from the active pastorate of the Baptist Temple in 1996 when his son Rev. Greg A. Dixon continued on as Senior Pastor after serving for many years as CO-Pastor. Dr. Dixon, who is Pastor Emeritus, re-energized, spends his time traveling in the work of the Law Center and writing. His columns may be read regularly at Freedom's Phoenix, a popular on-line conservative publication.
He and his wife Wanda divide their time between Indianapolis and Rockledge, Florida. They also have two daughters, both married, and nine grandchildren.
